Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the health service marketing mix on the image of the hospital in the Inpatient Unit of the Muna District Hospital. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of health service marketing mix to loyalty patient in Amira Purwakarta Hospital. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cross-sectional approach and conduct survey to 100 respondents with path Analysis. Based on the statistical test, there is a positive influence between the health service marketing mix tothe loyalty patients either partially or silmultan where high patient loyalty is caused by good health service marketing mix.The conclusion is that there is a significant influence between health service marketing mix to patient loyalty in Amira Purwakarta Hospital partially or simultaneously with good variable category, where marketing mix of
healths ervices can increase loyalty patient. The suggestion is to conduct patient satisfaction research, improve operational procedures standard, conduct health service market expansion, and strategically manage INA-CBGS pricing and health services in hospitals.
