This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of the quality of nursing services with patient satisfaction using BPJS in the Internal Room of the Bahteramas General Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research was carried out with a cross sectional method. Sampling was carried out simultaneously at one time or once data collection and obtained 173 respondents. The data collection method used was closed-ended interviews using a closed questionnaire research instrument which was answered directly by the respondent at the time of the research without being represented by another person. The first filling in the questionnaire was approved by the respondent/involved in the research. The results showed that there was a relationship between perceptions of reliability and patient satisfaction with BPJS users, there was a relationship between perceptions of responsiveness and patient satisfaction with BPJS users and there was a relationship between perceptions of empathy and patient satisfaction with BPJS users in the Internal Room of Bahteramas General Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province.
