Overview of Non-Medical Logistics Management at Bahteramas Regional General Hospital, Southeast Sulawesi Province in 2024

This study aims to examine the management of non-medical logistics at RSUD Bahteramas Kendari Hospital in 2024. The research method employed is qualitative, utilizing interview techniques, observation, and document study. Data were collected from key informants who possess direct knowledge of logistics management.
The research findings indicate that logistics management, human resources, and budgeting are functioning well. The availability of various types of non-medical logistics, such as office supplies and cleaning equipment, supports hospital operations. Furthermore, budget management reaches approximately 2 billion rupiah per year, although there are constraints related to insufficient funding. The budgeting process is conducted annually and adjusted according to the needs of each unit.
It is recommended that monitoring and evaluation of procurement and logistics storage be enhanced through modern technology systems and regular staff training. The involvement of all units in budgeting and routine evaluation needs to be strengthened to improve efficiency and responsiveness to hospital operational needs. This research provides a comprehensive overview of the importance of non-medical logistics management in supporting quality healthcare services
