Samples were taken by the proportional random sampling technique with 173 samples. The data were analysed using the Chi-square and logistic regression analysis. The research result indicates that there is the relationship between the leader member exchange quality (p = 0,001) and organization support (p=0,001) on the nurse’ working satisfaction. Moreover, there is the correlation between leader member exchange quality and organization support (p=0,025). Between the two variables, the most influential variable on the working satisfaction is the organization support (B=1,364). The dissatisfaction cause on the leader member exchange is because the trust and respect are still low from the superiors to the inferiors and vice-versa, so that the aspects of loyalty and contribution are not fulfilled. Whereas, the dissatisfaction cause on the oragnization support is because the organization justice either the procedural, structural justice or distribution justuce is still low from the hospital organization.
