Factors Related To The Implementation Of Therapeutic Communications Techniques In The Maintenance Room Of The Public Health Center, Siontapina District

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors related to the implementation of therapeutic communication techniques in the Nursing Room of the Puskesmas Siontapina District, Buton Regency. The research design used is cross-sectional with the sample used is all nurses who work in the Nursing Room of the Puskesmas Siontapina District totaling 34 respondents using a questionnaire. Processing and data analysis using Chisquare test with SPSS Version 16.0 program. The results showed that there was a weak relationship (φ) = 0.394 between education and the implementation of therapeutic communication techniques and there was a moderate relationship (φ) = 0.491 between knowledge and the implementation of therapeutic communication techniques, there was a moderate relationship (φ) = 0.519 between attitudes and the implementation of communication techniques. therapy in the Nursing Room of the Health Center in Siontapina District, Buton Regency.
