Effect of Parity and Birth Weight of Babies at the Langgikima Health Center, North Konawe Regency

This study aims to determine the effect of parity and birth weight on the incidence of perineal rupture at Langgikima Health Center, North Konawe Regency. This type of research is an analytic survey using a cross sectional approach. Data collection was carried out using secondary data obtained from the register book of the Langgikima delivery room, North Konawe Regency. Data analysis in this study used logistic regression analysis with SPSS for windows software. The results showed that there was an effect of parity and birth weight on the incidence of perineal rupture in Langgikima, North Konawe Regency in 2023, where the Sig value for parity was 0.023 <0.05 and the Sig. for the baby's birth weight of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected where there is an effect of parity and baby's birth weight on the incidence of perineal rupture at Langgikima Health Center, North Konawe Regency in 2023
