Research on "the effect of maternal age and premature rupture of membranes on premature birth rates in the working area of the Towea Regency Health Center, Muna Regency" based on the description above. The formulation of the problem in this study is "how does the influence of maternal age and premature rupture of membranes on the incidence of premature reconciliation in the working area of the Towea Health Center, Muna Regency? Based on the results of research and discussion on the influence of Early Rupture of Water on the incidence of Preterm Labor at the Towea Health Center, Muna Regency in 2022, it can be concluded that there is an influence of Early Rupture of Water on the incidence of Preterm Labor at the Towea Health Center, Muna Regency in 2022 where the results of the logistic regression test are a Significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted
