The Relationship of Nifas Mother's Knowledge with Colostrum Giving to Newborns at Wonggeduku Health Center, Konawe Regency

Colostrum Is the first fluid secreted by the yellowish breast glands. Information was obtained that the number of postpartum mothers continues to increase every year, as seen from provincial data in 2018 of 61,084 increased to 124,769 in 2022, the district level also increased from 4,051 in 2018 to 4,436 in 2022, the same thing happened at the Wonggeduku Health Center level increased from 293 in 2018 to 324 in 2022. This type of research is analytical, with a cross-sectional research design, This study was conducted at the Wonggeduku Health Center, Konawe Regency in 2022, with a large sample of 30 people. This sampling technique is purposive sampling. Based on the results of the chi-square statistical test, obtained a value of < = 0.047 < 0.05 then Ho was rejected. Thus, it can be interpreted that there is a relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers and the provision of colostrum at the Wonggeduku Health Center, Konawe Regency in 2022. It was concluded that there is a relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers and the provision of colostrum at the Wonggeduku Health Center, Konawe Regency in 2023
