Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one of the global targets of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in reducing maternal mortality (MMR) to 70 per 100,000 live births by 2023. In this effort, the government sets a strategy through a health improvement program through anternal care which is care given to mothers during pregnancy.  Indonesia's health profile in 2021 shows that the number of pregnant women in Indonesia is 5,221,784 people with the achievement of ANC visits of 4,419,319 (84.6%). This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of pregnant women and antenatal care visits at UPTD Wonggeduku Health Center, Konawe Regency. This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional study approach. The results of the statistical chis square test showed a value of p = 0.030 and a significant level (α) of 0.05. P value = 0.03< 0.05 (α), then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, where there is a relationship between knowledge and antenatal care visits
